Amends Section 11c of Chapter XVII of the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure to add sentencing guideline categories for specific felonies related to public trust violations and property crimes.

Adds sentencing guidelines for notary public violations under MCL 55.301 (performing notarial acts while commission revoked, Class E felony with 5-year maximum) and MCL 55.309 (Michigan Notary Public Act violations, Class F felony with 4-year maximum).

Includes sentencing guidelines for false pretenses under the state housing development authority act, with Class E felony for $1,000-$20,000 amounts (5-year maximum) and Class D felony for $20,000 or more amounts (10-year maximum).

Adds sentencing guidelines for various public trust violations including false statements on veterans benefits applications, civil service exam violations, and county financial violations.

Takes effect only upon enactment of House Bill No. 6149 of the 95th Legislature.
