Legislative Description

Watercraft; safety; operation of motorboat by person less than 12 years of age; allow if they have boating safety certificate or another person supervising is over 16 years of age and has boating safety certificate and watercraft endorsement. Amends sec. 80141 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.80141).
