Appropriates $134,600 to the Department of State Police for fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, funded entirely from the state general fund.

Designates the appropriation as a work project for disaster assistance in Monroe County pursuant to the Emergency Management Act (1976 PA 390).

Makes the disaster assistance appropriation a non-lapsing work project, allowing unencumbered and unexpended funds to remain available until project completion with a tentative completion date of September 30, 2014.

Provides that funds be distributed as grants to local units of government for disaster assistance purposes.

Makes appropriations subject to the Management and Budget Act (1984 PA 431).
