Amends Michigan's 1927 firearm licensing law to clarify that concealed pistol licenses authorize carrying "1 or more pistols" rather than "a pistol" on or about a person's body anywhere in the state.

Modifies the law to explicitly allow licensees to carry "1 or more pistols" in a vehicle, whether concealed or not concealed, anywhere in Michigan.

Maintains existing requirements for concealed pistol licenses to include licensee's full name, date of birth, photograph, physical description, effective dates, authorized exceptions, and duplicate status indication.

Preserves existing exceptions and limitations under section 5o and other applicable state laws regarding where concealed pistols may be carried.
