Amends MCL 777.13p of the Code of Criminal Procedure to add nine felony offenses to the sentencing guidelines framework under Chapter XVII.

Adds private detective license act violations and private security business violations as Class F felonies with a 4-year statutory maximum.

Adds unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers (subsequent offense) as a Class F felony with 4-year maximum and Michigan amateur mixed martial arts regulatory act violations as a Class E felony with 5-year maximum.

Adds violations including unauthorized practice of occupations, public accounting, school bond fraud, and school employee failure to report charges or convictions with Class E-G felony classifications and 2-5 year statutory maximums.

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 6311 of the 95th Legislature is enacted into law.
