Amends the Privately Owned Cervidae Producers Marketing Act to allow the director to permit persons registered under the act to obtain a license under the Sporting Swine Marketing Act.

Requires cervidae livestock facilities in existence on or before December 29, 2006 to comply with operational standards established by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources by July 1, 2008.

Maintains existing registration requirements for cervidae possession and livestock operations, with exemptions for accredited zoos and other entities exempt by rule or law.

Requires persons transporting cervidae to produce documentation including origin of shipment, registration or permit copies, shipping destination, and other proof required under the Animal Industry Act upon demand by the director or law enforcement.

Takes effect January 1, 2011, contingent upon enactment of House Bills 6384 and 6385 of the 95th Legislature.
