Prohibits any person from organizing or operating a marijuana club as defined under Michigan's Medical Marihuana Act.

Prohibits operation of a marijuana bar or knowingly allowing owned or possessed land/structures to be used as a marijuana bar.

Defines "marijuana bar" as property where individuals may use medical marijuana if use is conditioned on payment of a fee.

Defines "marijuana club" as a membership-based association where members pay money or other value and multiple individuals use medical marijuana in the same private place.

Violations are misdemeanors punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment, a fine of up to $500, or both; excludes licensed hospices, nursing homes, and legal dispensaries from these definitions.
