Requires the Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth to establish and maintain a public-accessible database on its wage and hour website containing information about closed investigations that confirmed prevailing wage violations under 1965 PA 166.

Database shall organize violations into three categories: failure to provide records, contractor violation unpaid, and contractor violation paid.

For each employer with a confirmed violation, the database shall include the employer's name and address, violation claim number, date the investigation was closed, and number of violations for each violation type.
