Adds Section 12608 to the Public Health Code to exempt homes for veterans created under 1885 PA 152 from smoking restrictions

Allows smoking in designated smoking rooms, porches, or pavilions within veterans homes if separated by a door from nonsmoking areas

Prohibits requiring any individual, including employees, to enter or pass through smoking areas on an involuntary basis

Makes Section 12606 employee protections applicable to smoking areas in veterans homes, ensuring employees cannot be mandated to work in smoking spaces
