Amends Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure (1927 PA 175, MCL 777.16t) to add cyberbullying offenses to the sentencing guidelines framework in Chapter XVII.

Establishes sentencing guidelines for cyberbullying crimes committed by minors against minors, including Class E felony for serious bodily impairment (5 years maximum) and Class C felony for resulting death (15 years maximum).

Establishes sentencing guidelines for cyberbullying crimes committed by adults against minors, ranging from Class F felony for subsequent violations (4 years maximum) to Class B felony for conduct suggesting death or injury resulting in death (20 years maximum).

Adds multiple other felony offenses to the sentencing guidelines table, including stalking, money laundering, hazing, gang membership, and unlawful posting of messages with specified penalties.

Takes effect only upon enactment of House Bill 6468 or Senate Bill (number unspecified) in the 95th Legislature.
