Enacts the "Cyberbullying Reporting Act" to establish procedures for reporting cyberbullying incidents in Michigan schools.

Defines cyberbullying as electronic communication motivated by a student's actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, gender, gender identity, or other distinguishing characteristic, intended to physically harm a student, damage property, substantially interfere with education, create an intimidating environment, or disrupt school operations.

Requires the Michigan Department of State Police and Department of Education to accept cyberbullying reports through the existing Michigan school violence hotline.

Mandates law enforcement officers and agencies to promptly report credible cyberbullying incidents to school officials and parents or guardians of alleged perpetrators and victims.

Requires school officials to promptly report alleged cyberbullying incidents to parents or guardians of any alleged perpetrators or victims.
