Amends Michigan's Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to redefine what constitutes a nuisance under Section 3801.

Restructures nuisance definitions into subsections: (a) lewdness, assignation, or prostitution; (b) gambling unless authorized under state law; (c) unlawful manufacture, transportation, or sale of controlled substances or intoxicating liquors.

Removes "gambling" from the original blanket nuisance provision and creates a carve-out allowing legally authorized gambling under Michigan law to be exempt from nuisance abatement.

Specifies that persons owning, leasing, conducting, or maintaining buildings, vehicles, boats, aircraft, or places used for these prohibited purposes are guilty of maintaining a nuisance.

Requires all nuisances identified in the amended section to be enjoined and abated according to the Act and court rules.
