Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify the juror compensation reimbursement fund distribution process.

Requires court funding units to submit semiannual reports to the state court administrator detailing expenses from increases in statutory minimum juror compensation rates (effective October 1, 2003) and juror travel reimbursement rates (effective October 1, 2011).

Court funding units are entitled to reimbursement from the fund for reported expenses related to increased statutory juror compensation and travel rates, excluding any payments in excess of the statutory minimum.

Reimbursement payments from the fund shall be made every 6 months, within 2 months after each 6-month period ends.

Limits state court administrator reimbursement for administrative costs to $40,000 annually, and requires any unencumbered fund balance to carry forward to the next fiscal year rather than revert to the general fund.
