Increases the minimum mileage reimbursement rate for jurors from 10 cents per mile to 22 cents per mile for traveling between residence and courthouse.

Establishes tiered daily compensation rates: minimum $25.00 per day (or $12.50 per half day) for first day of attendance, and minimum $40.00 per day (or $20.00 per half day) for each subsequent day.

Allows county boards of commissioners to set reimbursement and compensation rates at amounts not less than the specified minimums.

Maintains requirement that circuit courts receive jury fees and are responsible for juror compensation payments when actions are removed to lower courts.

Retains penalties for court clerks who fraudulently issue juror attendance certificates, including up to 6 months imprisonment or $500 fine.
