Amends Michigan's statute of limitations for indictments in the Code of Criminal Procedure (MCL 767.24)

Murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit murder, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, Michigan anti-terrorism violations, and human trafficking offenses may be indicted at any time with no limitation period

Sexual assault indictments (sections 145c, 520c, 520d, 520e, 520g) may be filed within 10 years of the offense or by the victim's 21st birthday, whichever is later; extends to any time if DNA evidence from an unidentified individual is obtained, then within 10 years of identification

Identity theft indictments may be filed within 6 years of the offense, or at any time if the offender remains unidentified but within 6 years of identification

False pretenses involving real property, forgery affecting real property interests, and mortgage fraud indictments may be filed within 10 years of the offense or within 10 years of the instrument's recording, whichever is later
