Requires at least 15 individuals who are 60 years of age or older to participate, with card playing conducted solely for amusement and recreation without fund-raising.

Permits card playing between 9 a.m. and 12 midnight, with buy-ins capped at $5.00 per player and individual bets limited to 25 cents.

Increases maximum winnings per hand from $5.00 to $200.00.

Requires revenue beyond winnings to cover only reasonable expenses for conducting the activity, with no compensation permitted for those organizing the card playing.
