Department of Natural Resources shall convey 7.28 acres of state-owned property in Koehler township, Cheboygan county to the Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet central dispatch authority (CCE) for $1.00.

Property description is approximate and subject to adjustments by the Department of Natural Resources or Attorney General as deemed necessary by survey or legal description.

Property must be used exclusively for public emergency communications services or incidental uses; state may reenter and repossess if use is terminated or property is used for any other purpose.

Conveyance shall be by quitclaim deed approved by the Attorney General and shall reserve mineral rights and all rights in aboriginal antiquities (mounds, earthworks, forts, burial sites, etc.) to the state.

Attorney General may bring action to quiet title and regain possession if the grantee disputes the state's reentry rights and fails to promptly return the property.

Revenue from the conveyance shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the general fund.
