Require the property be used exclusively for public recreational or educational purposes, with the state retaining the right to reenter and repossess the property if the grantee ceases such use or uses it for other purposes.

Authorize the attorney general to bring an action to quiet title and regain possession of the property if the grantee disputes the state's right of reentry and fails to promptly deliver possession back to the state.
