Prohibits making statements, gestures, or engaging in conduct within 500 feet of a funeral, memorial service, viewing, funeral procession, or burial that would make a reasonable person feel intimidated, threatened, or harassed.

Prohibits making statements, gestures, or engaging in conduct intended to incite an imminent breach of the peace or intended to disrupt funeral services, viewings, processions, or burials within 500 feet of such events.

Prohibits intentionally obstructing, hindering, impeding, or blocking another person's entry to or exit from funeral services, viewings, processions, or burials, with an exception for persons conducting or assisting in these services.

Classifies violations of these prohibitions as disorderly conduct felonies punishable under section 168 of the Michigan Penal Code.
