Proclaims March 26, 2010, as Support Our Troops Day in Michigan to honor active military personnel currently serving around the world.

Requests Michigan residents to observe five minutes of silence at 6:00 p.m. EST on March 26, 2010, to reflect on sacrifices made by servicemen and women.

Encourages schools, churches, associations, and local governments to organize ceremonies on March 26, 2010, in observance of the day.

Establishes this observance in response to a Candlelight Recognition initiative by students of Waterford Kettering High School with the goal of eventually making March 26th a federally recognized Support Our Troops Day.
