Memorializes Congress to pass and the President to sign the National Childhood Brain Tumor Prevention Network Act of 2009 (H.R. 653)

States that brain tumors are the second most common type of cancer in children and the leading cause of death from solid tumors in childhood, with unknown causes for the overwhelming majority of cases

Directs the National Cancer Institute to establish, administer, and coordinate a National Childhood Brain Tumor Prevention Network to facilitate research standards and reporting

Notes that no single institution has sufficient patient numbers to independently conduct adequate research on childhood brain tumor causes, and comprehensive data studies are lacking

Requires transmission of resolution copies to the President, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Michigan's congressional delegation
