Honors Representative Bill Caul for his six years of service representing Isabella County and a portion of Midland County in the Michigan House of Representatives.

Recognizes Caul's prior career as an educator and administrator in Mount Pleasant Public Schools and his community service including service on the Mount Pleasant City Commission, Parks and Recreation Committee, and as chair of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board.

Credits Caul's legislative work on appropriations subcommittees for higher education, state police and military affairs, and joint capital outlay, and his support for funding higher education during budget constraints.

Acknowledges Caul's sponsorship and enactment of Mary's Law to address domestic violence and provide additional protection for victims following a local tragedy.

Directs that copies of the resolution be transmitted to Representative Caul as evidence of the House's gratitude and best wishes.
