Honors Representative John Espinoza for his service in the Michigan House of Representatives, concluding his third and final term representing Sanilac and St. Clair Counties.

Served as chair of the House Appropriations Committee's Agriculture Subcommittee and vice chair of several other subcommittees during his four years in office.

Previously served on the Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security Committee and the Conservation, Forestry, and Outdoor Recreation Committee during his first two years.

Served 20 years in the United States Army with tours of duty in Vietnam and the Persian Gulf War, and later worked as a teacher in the Carsonville-Port Sanilac School District.

Directed the Michigan House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Representative Espinoza as evidence of their esteem and recognition of his service.
