House Resolution 392 is a tribute to Representative Sarah Roberts for her service during the 95th Legislature.

Roberts earned respect through her passion for public policy and dedicated work for her home community and Michigan.

She holds a degree from the University of Iowa and has been active in water quality protection through Clean Water Action, the Macomb County Water Quality Board, and the Blue Ribbon Commission for Lake St. Clair.

During her tenure starting in 2008, Roberts championed legislation to phase out mercury in products, increase recycling, improve toxic material disposal, and address water usage documentation while serving on committees focused on Military and Veterans Affairs, Education, Energy and Technology, and Great Lakes and Environment.

The House offers this expression of tribute and gratitude as Roberts concludes her legislative service.
