Amends the Limited Liability Company Act to allow physicians, osteopathic physicians, and podiatric physicians to form professional limited liability companies together across these three medical specialties.

Permits physicians, osteopathic physicians, or podiatric physicians to organize professional limited liability companies with licensed physician's assistants, though physician's assistants alone cannot form such companies.

Requires that for healthcare-related professional services under the public health code, all members and managers must be licensed in the same professional service, except as provided for the medical specialty combinations listed above.

Allows non-resident licensed professionals to become members, managers, employees, or agents of professional limited liability companies but prohibits them from rendering professional services in Michigan until obtaining Michigan licensure.

Effective date is July 19, 2010, contingent on enactment of Senate Bills 26 and 27.
