Amends court record reproduction and destruction procedures under the Revised Judicature Act to reference the Records Reproduction Act (MCL 24.401-24.406) and establish timelines for offering records to state archives or historical commissions before disposal.

Increases circuit court filing fees from $150.00 to remain unchanged for civil actions and appeals, but adjusts fee distributions and adds new subsection (7) allowing courts to order parties to reimburse fees paid by opposing parties in custody and support cases.

Raises the monthly support collection fee charged to obligors from $1.50 to $3.50 per month, with $2.25 going to county treasurer for friend-of-court services, $0.25 to state treasurer for a dedicated fund, and $1.00 to the state court fund.

Creates an attorney general's operations fund within the state treasury to receive deposits and interest earnings for use by the Department of Attorney General upon appropriation.

Bill effectiveness is contingent upon simultaneous enactment of Senate Bills 105, 106, and 107 of the 95th Legislature.
