Requires the Michigan Department of Education to develop or adopt one or more model programs for steroid education and make them available to schools.

Model steroid education programs must provide age-appropriate instruction on the risks and consequences of using anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing substances as described in section 1318.

School district boards and public school academy boards must implement a model steroid education program as part of health and physical education instruction beginning in the next school year after the model program is made available by the department.
