• Prohibits the Attorney General from promulgating rules to implement environmental marketing claims provisions (subsections 1(dd) and 1(ee)) to ensure national uniformity in those standards.

• Clarifies that social security number disclosure restrictions do not apply to health-related or dental-related benefit administration or employer-provided benefits.
