Removes the requirement that moldbuilders permanently record their name, street address, city, and state on every die, mold, or form they fabricate, repair, or modify.

Changes when a moldbuilder's lien attaches from when notice is received to when the die, mold, or form is delivered from the moldbuilder to the customer or molder.

Allows moldbuilders to retain their lien on a die, mold, or form even when not in physical possession of it.

Voids any contract provision that waives a moldbuilder's lien rights or requires application of another state's law instead of Michigan's moldbuilder lien statute.

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 4358 and House Bill No. 4359 are both enacted into law.
