Establishes the Indiana-Michigan boundary line commission with 10 members (5 from each state) to survey and remonument the Michigan-Indiana border based on the 1827 federal survey.

Requires Michigan's governor to appoint 5 licensed professional surveyors as state commissioners, with one resident from each of Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, Branch, and Hillsdale counties.

Commission shall recover or reestablish permanent monuments at mileposts and posts originally set at or near lakes and large rivers, compile records verifying monument locations, and resolve boundary controversies.

Requires filing of Michigan land recordation certificates with appropriate county registers of deeds and submission to the Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth.

Act does not take effect unless Indiana enacts similar legislation enabling interstate cooperation and providing for shared responsibilities and costs; repeals effective January 1, 2015.
