Establishes penalties including administrative fines up to $50 for retailers failing to apply tags or complete receipts, and misdemeanor charges up to 93 days imprisonment or $500 fine for unauthorized tag removal or false purchase information

Exempts kegs used for on-premises consumption only, storage, transportation, or catering services from tagging requirements
