Amends MCL 777.13k to add seven felonies enumerated in Chapter 333 of the Michigan Compiled Laws to the sentencing guidelines in Chapter XVII of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Adds four Class E felonies related to embryo and fetus research: use of live human embryo or fetus for nontherapeutic research (MCL 333.2685), research on dead embryo or fetus without mother's consent (MCL 333.2688), abortion to obtain embryo (MCL 333.2689), and sale or delivery of fetus or embryo (MCL 333.2690), each with a 5-year statutory maximum.

Adds three additional felonies: in vitro fertilization services reporting violation involving disclosure of confidential identifying information (MCL 333.2695(6), Class G, 1-year max); unauthorized disclosure of social security number as subsequent offense (MCL 333.2813(3), Class F, 4-year max); and disclosing confidential information related to abortion (MCL 333.2835(9), Class G, 3-year max).

Adds two health-related felonies: AIDS sexual penetration with uninformed partner (MCL 333.5210, Class F, 4-year max) and fraud resulting in patient death (MCL 333.5661, Class F, 4-year max).

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 649 of the 95th Legislature is enacted into law.
