Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure (MCL 777.12g) to add seven vehicle-related felonies to the sentencing guidelines in Chapter XVII.

Establishes sentencing classifications for reckless driving offenses: Class E (5-year maximum) for reckless driving causing serious impairment and Class C (15-year maximum) for reckless driving causing death.

Creates new felonies for failure to use due care and caution around emergency personnel: Class G (2-year maximum) for injury and Class C (15-year maximum) for death.

Adds sentencing guidelines for failure to use due care and caution around postal workers: Class G (2-year maximum) for injury and Class C (15-year maximum) for death.

Includes Class D (15-year maximum) felony for false statements in citations constituting perjury; bill takes effect only if Senate Bill 728 is enacted.
