Requires health care corporation group certificates to provide coverage for diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders, including autistic disorder, Asperger's disorder, and pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified.

Eliminates visit limits for autism services providers and prohibits dollar limits, copays, deductibles, or coinsurance that don't apply to physical illness, except applied behavior analysis may be subject to a maximum annual benefit of $50,000.

Defines covered treatments as evidence-based care including habilitative or rehabilitative care, pharmacy care, psychiatric care, psychological care, and therapeutic care prescribed by licensed physicians or psychologists.

Allows health care corporations to request treatment reviews consistent with current protocols and require treatment plans, with costs borne by the corporation, and permits use of evidence-based care and managed care cost-containment practices.

Applies to certificates delivered, executed, issued, amended, adjusted, or renewed 180 days after the act's enactment.
