Modifies definitions in the Revised School Code related to intermediate school districts, including "intermediate school district election" and "regular school election" to reference Michigan Election Law section 642c instead of sections 642 and 642a.

Changes intermediate school board election procedures to allow elections to be held on dates determined by the intermediate school board under section 642c of Michigan Election Law, rather than requiring elections on the same date as constituent districts' regular school elections.

Allows intermediate school board candidates to pay a $100 nonrefundable filing fee to the school district filing official as an alternative to filing nominating petitions signed by school electors.

Modifies section 616 to require the intermediate school board to "certify" questions to the district's election coordinator and establishes a 4-month period for constituent district boards to adopt supporting resolutions, with elections to occur at the next regular election date at least 84 days after resolutions are filed.

Permits intermediate school boards to conduct popular elections for board members at general November elections or even-year August elections as determined by board resolution, rather than at regular school elections of constituent districts.

Bill effectiveness is conditioned on concurrent enactment of Senate Bills 751, 753, and 754.
