Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines statute (MCL 777.16v) to add or modify felony offense categories applicable to sentencing under chapter 777 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

Adds new offenses to the sentencing guidelines including human cloning (class D, 10-year maximum) and material false statements in DNA evidence review petitions (class E, 5-year maximum).

Modifies sentencing classifications for poisoning offenses, establishing graduated penalties ranging from 4 years to life imprisonment depending on whether the offense causes property damage, injury, or serious impairment.

Maintains sentencing guidelines for perjury, subornation of perjury, and polygamy offenses with classifications ranging from class B (life) to class G (4 years).

Takes effect June 22, 2010, contingent on Senate Bill No. 765 of the 95th Legislature also being enacted into law.
