Department of Human Services receives $60,370,800 for food assistance program benefits and Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth receives $4,400,000 for workforce training in smart grid technology.

Department of State Police receives $6,553,700 for rural law enforcement; designates all ARRA funds as temporary with intent that programs and employees funded by these federal dollars will not continue after funds are expended.
