Requires segment 2 driver education courses to include instruction explaining the right to make an anatomical gift and information on joining the state organ, tissue, and eye donor registry, developed in cooperation with the state's federally designated organ procurement organization.

Mandates that driver education providers show organ donation instructional materials to students if provided at no cost in electronic format compatible with the provider's systems.

Requires providers to distribute organ donation brochures or written materials at no cost to students if provided to the provider at no cost.

Segment 2 courses must include at least 6 hours of classroom instruction, scheduled at no more than 2 hours per day, and only for students who completed segment 1 and held a level 1 graduated driver license for at least 3 months with 30+ hours of driving experience.

Effective immediately upon approval by the Governor on March 18, 2010.
