Requires all expense-incurred hospital, medical, or surgical insurance policies and health maintenance organization contracts delivered or renewed in Michigan to cover human papillomavirus screening at intervals recommended by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists or as prescribed by the insurance commissioner.

Defines "human papillomavirus screening" as either a laboratory test that detects infection by one or more human papillomavirus agents or a test approved for this purpose by the federal Food and Drug Administration.

Prohibits coverage from being subject to dollar limits, copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance provisions that do not apply to laboratory tests generally.

Excludes specified disease or accident-only coverage from this requirement.

Takes effect January 1, 2011.
