Amends Michigan antitrust reform act to add restrictions on employment contracts for broadcast industry employers and their employees.

Prohibits broadcast industry employers from requiring employees to agree to non-compete restrictions based on geographic area or time period after employment termination.

Prohibits requiring broadcast employees to disclose job offers from other broadcasters or to match competing employment offers to retain employment.

Contract terms violating these prohibitions are void and unenforceable, with employers liable for civil damages plus reasonable attorney fees and litigation costs for prevailing employees.

Applies to contracts and agreements entered into on or after April 1, 2010.
