Amends the Nonprofit Corporation Act to allow nonprofit organizations to convert into domestic corporations under a new Section 746.

Establishes requirements for conversion including: adoption of a plan of conversion approved according to applicable law, filing a certificate of conversion with the administrator, and providing detailed information about ownership interests, conversion terms, and articles of incorporation for the surviving corporation.

Specifies that upon conversion, the surviving domestic corporation assumes all liabilities and property of the nonprofit organization, which is treated as the same entity with the original incorporation date, without requiring asset distribution or winding up of the nonprofit.

Allows the surviving domestic corporation to use the name or assumed names of the converting nonprofit organization by filing appropriate certificates under Section 217.

Makes the act effective only if Senate Bill No. 1115 is enacted into law.
