Defines "supportive housing property" as property owned by 501(c)(3) organizations or nonprofit housing corporations with no more than 6 individual living units occupied by persons earning at or below 30% of area median income

Requires occupants of supportive housing units to receive at least 1 hour per month of services including mental health, substance abuse counseling, and daily living assistance from the owning organization

Limits certification of supportive housing property to 250 individual living units statewide per year, with no more than 62 units allowed in any single county

Requires property owners to submit affidavits to the Michigan housing authority by November 1 for certification before filing with local assessing officers by December 1 of the preceding tax year

Authorizes the housing authority to certify additional units beyond 62 in any county if fewer than 250 units statewide are certified by November 1, using first-come, first-served basis or random selection if filing dates are unclear
