Requires bowling center operators to post notice at each entrance and exit warning that bowling shoes should not be worn outside the facility because external substances may cause slipping hazards inside.

Grants bowling center operators immunity from civil liability for injuries from slips, trips, stumbles, or falls caused solely by substances acquired on bowling shoes from outside the center immediately before entering.

Immunity protection does not apply if the operator's liability results from willful or wanton misconduct.

Applies only to causes of action accruing on or after January 1, 2011.
