Requires sex offenders registered under Article II to not reside within a student safety zone, with exceptions for specific circumstances.

First violation is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment or $1,000 fine; subsequent violations are felonies punishable by up to 2 years imprisonment or $2,000 fine.

Exempts individuals age 19 or younger attending school and residing with parents/guardians, those age 26 or younger in special education programs, those who were already residing in the zone on January 1, 2006, hospital/hospice patients, inmates, and individuals reporting under section 2a.

Requires offenders newly required to register to relocate outside the student safety zone within 90 days of sentencing, unless they initiate or maintain contact with minors in the zone during that period.

Act takes effect only if Senate Bills 1206, 1208, and 1209 are all enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
