Allows the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to issue permits for taking game from a standing vehicle to persons who are paraplegic, amputees, or permanently disabled and unable to walk.

Permits disabled persons with full use of only one arm to take game with a modified bow that can be held, aimed, and shot with one arm, subject to commission regulations.

Authorizes the department to issue permits for taking game with a crossbow by persons who are permanently or temporarily disabled.

Maintains existing permit authority for animal rehabilitation, damage control, scientific collection, public exhibition, taxidermy, raptor possession for falconry, and disposition of injured or unlawfully possessed animals.

Requires permit fees to be credited to the game and fish protection account of the Michigan conservation and recreation legacy fund.
