Expands the definition of "school board member" to include members of intermediate school district boards that have adopted sections 615 to 617 of the revised school code.

Clarifies definitions for school districts, school boards, and school district election coordinating committees, distinguishing between districts contained within a single city or township versus those spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Designates the city or township clerk as the school district election coordinator for single-jurisdiction districts, and the county clerk of the county with the largest number of registered school district electors as coordinator for multi-jurisdiction districts.

Maintains definitions of special elections, special primaries, uniform voting systems, and village elections under Michigan election law.
