Amends Michigan's criminal sentencing guidelines to add new felony offenses to the sentencing classification table in Chapter XVII of the Criminal Procedure Act.

Adds assault offenses against utility workers (MCL 750.81e) with Class G classification for bodily injury requiring medical attention (2-year maximum) and Class E classification for serious impairment of body function (5-year maximum).

Adds multiple assault offenses against pregnant individuals resulting in miscarriage, stillbirth, or fetal death, with classifications ranging from Class A (life) to Class E (5-year maximum) depending on severity and intent.

Adds gross negligence and vehicle operation under influence offenses causing harm to pregnancies, with sentences ranging from 2 to 15 years depending on offense type and injury severity.

Effective July 21, 2010, contingent on Senate Bill No. 1313 being enacted into law.
