Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify language in Section 5867 regarding possession of real property, replacing "estate" with "property" and "premises" with "real property" throughout.

Changes the presumption language in Section 5867 to clarify that occupation of real property by another person is presumed subordinate to legal title, except in cases of adverse possession or contract of purchase situations.

Adds new Section 5867a establishing that a claim of adverse possession cannot be maintained if the legal title owner has paid all state and local taxes and special assessments levied against the property during the prescribed time period in Section 5801.

Effective upon enactment, the prohibition on adverse possession claims applies prospectively to cases where the title owner has maintained current tax payments throughout the relevant statutory period.
