Removes the requirement that primary election ballots display party designations and allows electronic voting systems to accommodate split-ticket voting in primary elections without rejecting ballots for cross-party votes.

Repeals section 564 of the Michigan Election Law, which previously enforced the prohibition against split-ticket voting in primary elections.
