Requires corporations and joint stock companies making independent expenditures to submit a report to the Secretary of State at least 5 days before the expenditure is made.

Reports must be submitted electronically and immediately posted on the Secretary of State's website, including expenditure dates, affected candidate, amount, payee information, filer information, and names and addresses of the 5 highest contributors.

Printed independent expenditure communications must include a disclaimer stating "Paid for with corporate funds by [corporation name and address]" with the president's name and photograph in a clearly readable box set apart from other content.

Electronic communications (television, internet, etc.) must display the same disclaimer information clearly and readable throughout the entire broadcast of the advertisement.

Radio communications must include the voice of the corporation's president stating the disclaimer and identifying himself or herself as the corporation's president.
